Dr. Brock Smith, owner and founder of Smith Custom Dentistry, practices both as a general dentist and a prosthodontist. Dr. Smith graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2013. He further honed his skills during his Advanced Prosthodontics residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and his tenure as an Assistant Professor at MUSC.

Dr. Smith’s experience at MUSC’s faculty practice and established private practices inspired his vision to offer top-notch dental care in Charleston. So, he opened Smith Custom Dentistry in 2020. With expertise in prosthodontics, Dr. Smith and his team provide a wide range of dental services, ensuring personalized and effective treatments.

He is committed to continuous learning and uses the latest dental technology to provide premium care. Outside of work, Dr. Smith enjoys time with family, outdoor activities with his dog Bo, and working on projects in his backyard shop.
